We understand that when it comes to your roof, you want longevity, durability, and the peace of mind that your investment is protected. That's why we are thrilled to introduce a 15-year warranty, backed by the trusted name in coatings, Dulux Acratex.
What Does the 15-Year Warranty Cover?
When you choose to restore your roof with the Dulux Acratex system, you are not just investing in a remarkable product but also in a commitment to your roof's longevity and performance.
Dulux 15-year warranty covers:
Film Integrity - We guarantee that the coating system will retain its film integrity, ensuring your roof remains in top-notch condition.
Peeling - Say goodbye to concerns about peeling paint. Our warranty covers any peeling issues that may arise due to faulty manufacture or formulation.
Cracking - Roof Restorers Perth takes pride in offering you a warranty that includes protection against cracking. Rest assured that your roof will maintain its structural integrity, free from unsightly cracks.
What's the Catch?
The warranty covers material-related issues such as film integrity, peeling, and cracking.
Your roof must be restored using the Dulux Acratex Roof Membrane coating system, following the product specification, spreading rates, and surface preparation details found in the Dulux Acratex specification manual or the relevant DuSpec specification.
As with any exterior surface, some natural weathering is expected. Over time, you might notice minor changes in appearance, including color or gloss, due to normal weathering.
Terms and Conditions:
Proper Application - The warranty applies provided the coating system is applied strictly in accordance with the instructions provided by Dulux, including the Specification, product data sheets, and the Dulux AcraTex Roof Membrane Applicators Manual.
Substrate Standards - To be eligible for the warranty, the substrate on which the coating system is applied should meet all statutory requirements and building code standards.
Previous Coatings - The warranty does not cover issues arising from the application of the coating system over a previous coating.
Claim Procedure - To make a warranty claim, follow the procedure set out in the warranty document. Ensure you report any defects within the specified timeframes.
Exclusions - The warranty does not cover any consequential or indirect loss or damages, such as loss of income, profit, business, goodwill, or reputation. Furthermore, it does not apply to loss or damage caused by an additional coating applied over the original system.
